As a successor to foobar2000, I'd expect it to do just a little more than
echo.  Are you aiming for feature completeness by 3000 AD?  I know that
foobar2000 missed 2000 AD by a couple of years, but giving yourself 988
years to complete the project seems a little... laid back?
