[uug] Spell Checking Multiple Language LaTeX Documents

In the past, I've been very happy using 'aspell -c -t' to spell check my
LaTeX documents. I've recently been working on a document that uses
multiple languages with the babel package. I use \selectlanguage to
switch languages inside the document, but have not been able to find a
good way to spell check multiple languages. My trusty aspell command
reports all the non-English sections as misspelled words that I don't
really want to add to the custom dictionary.
Searching google has turned up the fact that LyX supports spell checking
multiple language documents and even inserts the correct \selectlanguage
markup, but I would love to keep using ViM to write the document. I
guess another option would be to write a filter for aspell to filter out
all but the language I am currently checking.
I'm really hoping that someone has a better option; what do you use to
spell check multiple language LaTeX documents?
